  3. Reassure the patient, give soothing words while loosening clothes so that people can help him breathe more easily.
  4. Ask the patient's medical history. Is there a doctor prescribed heart medications and usually he drank. If the emergency department patients to take medication, help him to take the medicine. In general, the most commonly prescribed drugs in the form of chewable aspirin or nitroglycerin under the tongue.
